Under the trees by the Hurunui Council offices on SH1, you will find the Amberley Farmers Market in the heart of Amberley, from 9am every Saturday morning. Stop on your travels through North Canterbury and sample baking, sweet treats, coffee and locally made food-to-go. With a wide range of meat, vegetables, eggs, bread, baking, hot food, nuts, oils, honey and other fresh quality produce from local farms and growers this is an authentic farmers’ market where you can make a quick stop for supplies, enjoy savoury/sweet treats, or take your time with a leisurely social shop.

Prizes will be awarded to 1st & 2nd places, a junior (under 16) prize & a spot prize for a taster-judge.

And!! There will kids at the market too...the four legged, horned, bleating kind!!
